Choir Leadership Excellence #10

I showed the C.A.R.E values at the horn castle arena we preformed all of our songs to the audience and they loved the whole program and we we´re all tired after the music festival the music festivals prime supporter was Lions music festival the theme of the whole program.

Choir Leadership Excellence #9

we went to the horn castle arena for a practice of the songs and when we we´re doing Africa the song we learnt a rain thunder thing to make the song cool because we we´re jumping up and down to make a thunder sound we we´re making friction and then clicking our fingers and patting our legs the jumping up and down for the thunder.

Garden Club Leadership Excellence #8

We we´re sawing again today as well as screwing screws to make board outline for the design we have been making and we had to saw the wood at average 500 cm and we had to screw 12 different screws into the board so it would be stable enough for the design.

Garden Club Leadership Excellence #7

We we´re sawing wood and painting some of the river bed items because we are making a future river where we are going to tip water down the hole and i will flow though the river bed that we are making.
We have used some of the leftover school gear because our school is having a rebuild.

Choir Leadership Excellence #6

We we´re getting prepared for the music festival by going over all the songs and I showed the C.A.R.E values because we had some technical difficulty´s  because the computer was taking a while to load and getting onto the songs.

Choir Leadership Excellence #5

I showed the respect value by listing the teacher when we we´re learning the songs eg: What do I Know ( By Ed Sheeran )  and People Help The People ( By Birdy ) and gettin the orders for the music festival songs like Africa Summertime In The Bleak Mid Winter.

PAL leadership blog post #3

We played basketball i showed the active thinking values by making even teams because at the start of the game the teams we'rent even because people wanted to be with their friends and we had 15 people wanting to play basketball.

Choir Leadership Excellence #4

Today at Choir we ran over the songs that we are having the most trouble with, those are Bleak midwinter/winter wonderland and weather with you. We weren't that confident in them, and because music festival is coming up soon we really need to get to work. I think we made some good progress and think we could definitely take on music festival.

I showed the CARE values by respecting others rights to learn and my own.

Elections Writing

WALT: Write an effective argument for our chosen political party.

Do you know who you’re voting for? Otherwise you need to listen here I am confident that the best political party is National Three points for example: Cap doctor's visits to 18 dollars allow police to search houses for dangerous weapons or drugs Increase drug treatment and education the first policy I am explaining is Cap doctor's visits to 18 dollars

My first policy is: Cap doctor's visits to 18 dollars

This means that people that are poor can afford to go to the doctor’s another reason is that you can check if you have an illness for 18$ or if you need a check up another reason why is that people on a bad salary may not earn enough because if you can't go to the doctor there will be consequences another important policy is allow police to search houses for dangerous weapons or drugs

My second policy is: Allow police to search houses for dangerous weapons or drugs

This policy means that there will be less dangerous weaponry around this area or otherwise if we don’t have this policy there will be more danger for example this policy is a good idea because we will get rid of the weaponry this policy is also good because the police will search for meth and fake cannabis because having fake cannabis can lead to consequences Another important policy is increase drug treatment and education

My third policy is: Increase drug treatment and education

This policy leads to be that we will have better treatment and education for example this policy is a good idea because there will be better education for children and other people otherwise we won’t be able to get good education this is also a good policy because the drug treatment will be raised so not being able to steal drugs there are many good policies for national but there is some bad ones like Legalize euthanasia by ACT

My Argument is: Legalize Euthanasia  (ACT) (A Injection that will kill you if you are terminally ill)

ACT would legalize euthanasia in some circumstances which would be bad for example: If teenagers get a hold of this the could commit suicide and could lead to fatal consequences another reason If people got ahold of this they could sell it and or kill people however national does not do this so we are going to review the 3 national policies that I have explained to you before

I know who i’m voting for because of their policy’s

National is the best party in my opinion and it leads to that because of the policies I have talked about some of the policy's for national but their are many more great policy’s for example capping doctors visits so I know who i’m voting for do you?

My next steps are: to explain more about the policies

We have followed the writing process and have planned and drafted a formal letter.

This shows the process that we have followed.

Here is the letter that I have written Link

Here is my reflection on the letter writing that we have done.

One thing that I found challenging about writing formal letters was having to go back through and edit it

My next step is: look for more opportunities to put my letter writing knowledge into practice in the future.

An adverbial clause is something that tells you when it happend and what it was

Model of Alcatraz home learning

I have made a model of Alcatraz in terraria. It has taken more than 8 hours (4 hours on minecraft and 4 and 30 minutes on terraria) because I started making it on another pixel game minecraft and then that didn't give me the reflection I wanted, so I started on terraria. Some of the things in the prison I could not make because they weren't in the game (eg. Shower so I used bathtub as a representative as a shower)  so, here are a few pictures of the prison

This is a for police to come over with prisoners or go back to San Francisco

Then this is some of the cells

This is the other end of the island that Alcatraz is on (The ocean is bigger than it looks because it goes out)

I had to put a table and chair in the cells so there was people in the cells and because there is no prisoners in terraria so that's why there is tables and chairs in the rooms and why there is people in the cells. I have also researched Alcatraz. It is a stranded island where the people go who committed the worst crimes but it is closed now and the tours around Alcatraz and it is located by San Fransisco.

This the cafeteria where the prisoners go to eat
