I built an Olympic stadium out of minecraft. There is stadium, a hotel, a food place, a medical centre, and a statue. What I found challenging was that the glass roof on the stadium, it took 20 - 30 minutes to build. I included the Christ the Redeemer statue to make it like Rio.
